An asylum

An asylum basically in protection granted to people who have left there country when they are a political refugee.  I haven't really heard of the word before but I have learned a lot about it. We had a discussion while we listened to people ask questions and telling us goods and bars about what rumors is doing. He has made it harder for people to be able to request an asylum for any reason. People come in groups called caravans which is basically thousands of people walking and trying to come from a not so good government in there country with no protection and good safety for them and there families. usually something really bad had to happen for them to move or walk such a far walk too. In 1939 these caravans weren't eligable to come into to United States so they had them turn around and go around the world until these people got put into nazi death camps which everyone who had been put into them which was about 900 people died and the calm with the most kills was Auschwitz- Birkenau 
This had about 1,100,00 deaths which was the most deaths in a camp. After this had happened huge guilt had been brought upon the united states because they could have saved all 900 of those people and people who just wanted help. But now that trump Is in charge he is making it harder for these people to even ask to come in. 

Migration worksheet part3

Today in class we learned about migration in all parts of the world. Migration is important because when people migrate they take with them to their new home cultural values and economic practices. For the United States for more than two centuries has been the most important destination for migrants. which I thought had been very interesting because we aren't the largest so I thought another country would have been the top. Why people migrate profoundly influences the places sand regions that are the sources and the destinations or migrants. This is especially hard on new countries tryin to be cope with all these people and new religions they are bringing. Migration is permanent which is once you go you cant come back. Migration is a specific type of relocation diffusion.  I never knew about how important migration was until this lesson. I really enjoy doing this and being able to understand. Learning about other countries struggles also helps our country do the opposite and gain better power. We can do this by making a stronger government to protect our people which is another reason why people want to come over to our country for safety and protection.

Distance of migration

            Today in class we got our graded worksheets back and the worksheet graded test. I did great on the worksheet but not the test. Our main topic is on migration and today we learned key issues about it. For example, where are migrants? Where do people migrate within a country? Why do people migrate? Why do migrants face obstacles? These are some big questions most people ask. The term that is most generalized term that refers to all types of the movements. We also learned that short-term and repetitive acts of mobility are referred to as circulation. Most immigrants relocate a short distance and remain the same country. This section really helped me when it said that migration was divided into two categories such as first international migration which is permanent move from one country to another. Second is international migration permanent migration within the same country. Another 2 types of things I needed to focus on was net in and net out. A fact I also learned today is that America has more foreign-born residents than any other country approximately 43 million as of 2010- growing by 1 million annually. This was very interesting to me because I was always wondering where we stand compared to other country’s with immigrants. I never understand the difference between the immigrants and migrants because they both seemed to have the same meaning but that wasn’t the case.

Today in class we did a quiz in the video we had watched and took notes on. The quiz had almost the same exact questions. I though that this was very well thought we could have gotten more of a heads up on what it was gonna be on. I thought it was a fair quiz we got the answers handed right to us. I also like how we got it before thanksgiving break so we wouldn't forget abbot it and not realize what we learned. I am excited to go on break and ready for thanksgiving. I really enjoyed learning about this population growth and once I understand something I enjoy it more. Population growth and decline is everywhere and sometimes we have to wonder what some are doing to not be able to have better population. Like why is some getting great food and health care and some are getting leftover or none at all. I don't like hearing that the declining is more than the incline so when making a difference is a possibility I take it. Growing population can have a positive and a negative effect on a nation. This is why one nations are stronger because they use it to the advantage or disadvantage.

population structure

Today in class we are going over the stages of the population growth. We went through some examples and how some are rich and some are poor. We watched a video on how the bigger the bubble the better the population. This means that this population would be in stage two because it has great growth and rapid declining rates. For example when they have a low and poor. This would be in stage one or four. This also means the bubble are smaller. The better your bubble the better your country or state. This was very interesting to because some increased by years come increased by a lot of years and some didn't change. Some also got worse and nothing they do are getting any better. This makes a not strong country and really hurts in the end when you try to go up against other countries. United States was in stage one in the early 1800's. In the late 1700's the industrial revolution began in the nation of England/ Great Britain. I like learning all about how these people are increasing and trying to keep up when most aren't doing good at all and why people are dying.

went over the answers on test

Today we have gotten our test back and we had went over the answers with what we had gotten write and what we had gotten wrong.  I thought I did okay when I had gotten it back that was the complete opposite. I did not like my grade and for how hard I studied I feel as though I could do so much better. Human geo is very interesting to me I like learning about how our economy and other countries around us are doing. Such as taking a flight or people leaving and moving to other places. Also how the government is doing like are they keeping the people safe or are they failing to keep people healthy. Having a good government is how countries and states stay wealthy and not like a triangle which basically means falling apart. The test we took was a little confusing word wise because I have trouble comprehending them but when I can answer the question by finding the answer first that seems to help like on multiple choice questions and having to do an essay I have been studying for really helps. I like being able to understand what I am learning because it makes it easier for me in the long run when a test comes I don't have to study as hard. I want to learn these things and most of the time I am able to understand it so much I can have debates about it in the everyday life with other people interested in learning about life. Also history and important people.

TEST DAY

Today we had a test in class and I don't know how to feel about it. The reason for this is because I felt ready for the online part and the men and women chart but not enough for the push and pull force. I felt unprepared and didn't have a great strong answer like I would if I knew it. I am really trying to adjust to the new class and be able to take notes as much as possible. I want to be prepared for every test and always ready to do all the work I have to. Todays test I felt good about I just wish I was more prepared and new more of the questions it would be asking.

More countries

Today in class we had went over more and more countries while trying to discuss whether they are a box, trianle or a cup. We were able to figure this out by looking it up a website. When we are around 65 years old we will have over 11 billion people in our country which can make it harder on the economy to be able to helpful these people health and be able to feed them. By having all these people you will need more housing which causes more things to be taken down and filled in. This can cause roads to be more filled because these people need a type of transportation. These people also need jobs and with all of the amount of them some could go homeless if they don't get a job because it is to crowded. Trees and nature starts to die and this causes air and good things we need so if the trees get cut down the air can start to come pouted and not so clean making people get sick and die. So instead of increasing the population they will be dying at a faster rate. This is how some of the countries die and aren't able to stay the shape of a up they turn into a triangle or rectangle. I liked this and it was so interesting and I was able to learn a lot about what we need to change.
